System Message

A system message broadcasts a message across every page on the site, only available for the Master Admin. This can be adjusted in Settings. The system message's most practical use is to inform all your clients about any important news or events that they would need to know rather than emailing every one of them.

Backup SQL Database
By clicking this it will create a mysql_dump of your current database. It will save into your ~/resources/backups/ directory. This may come in handy if you ever have trouble with your database or need to switch to another server. It's recommended to backup once a month.

Notifications
All new users have every notification turned on by default. You may want to add in the email footer that the user can switch this off in their user profile. Admins will not receive notifications related to projects unless they are additionally assigned, this is to prevent too many emails being sent to them if they have nothing to do with certain projects.

Themes/Languages
You can find out how to edit themes under Customize and languages under Languages.
