Docs: Invoices

In order to create an invoice, you must have a projects status set to, "Complete", or "Waiting for Payment". Optionally, if you are quoting someone please use the Quote feature, which can be enabled under the Settings panel -- It will show right below Invoices.


How does it work?
Everytime you create an invoice, it sends an email to the Clients email address with a clean, easy to read invoice. If you check the PayPal button they will see the button (if their HTML-Viewing is enabled in email) to pay you now through PayPal.

The invoice is then stored in your back-end. Your client can login and see the invoices they've received from you -- they can also export the invoice to a PDF document if they like.

Additional Notes
Everything is pretty self explanatory once you create an invoice, the totals calculate themselves.
