Docs: Notes
Notes are used to store anything you like. Possibly Chunks of Data or Sections of Code. Rather than filling up the entire Collaboration Message Box you can create a note.
All users can post notes, private notes can not be read by anyone beside the individual.It's not recommended to store your passwords inside notes due to mis-clicks and accidently making it public, or if you monkey with the back-end and cause a note object print_r it could get ugly! Of course that'd be a pretty skilled error, but you never know :P
Create a Note
1. Login
2. Go to Apps > Notes
3. Make a Note Title.
4. Type in the text area, you can use tab key if you like.
5. Create.
Note: Creating notes is also linked from the Project View page.
Private Notes
These are hidden from everyone beside yourself, just like the todo list it is only relevant to yourself.
